Step 1: Application Deadlines

To be considered for enrollment, your complete application package must be received by the Office of Admissions by the following dates:

  • Fall Semester: August 17
  • Spring Semester: January 10

We encourage all applicants to plan early to ensure plenty of time for processing and preparation.

Applicants must complete and submit the following forms (online or by mail).

Step 3: Additional Documents

For Freshman Students

  • Official High School Transcript(s)

For Transfer Students

  • Official Transcripts from all previously attended colleges

For All Students

  • Immunization Record (copy of shot records)
  • Current Photograph (2x2 preferred)
  • 600-word Typed Essay (click here for details)
  • FAFSA Application (SwCC School Code: 003618)

Step 4: Fees & Deposits

To process your application, the following fees are required during the online application process:

  • Application Fee: $20 (non-refundable)
  • Dorm Room Deposit: $50 (non-refundable)
