For security reasons, we only accept Transcript requests that are sent by fax (972/563-7133) or postal mail to Southwestern Christian College, Office of Academic Affairs, P.O. Box 10, Terrell, TX, 75160. The appropriate fee can be paid to the college Business Office by credit card. We also require a hand-written signature on your request form to ensure the request is coming only from you. This also ensures only authorized entities receive the transcript as well.

After each site submission, a Thank You page should appear. The Admissions Office will also follow-up by one business day (or sooner) to also confirm receipt of your application package. You may call our web developer at (757) 871-0761 to assist with any technical issues with the site as needed.

International students may be authorize for Reduced Course Load (RCL) for one semester only due to initial language problems; student must remain registered for at least 6 hours. Additional language study or other work may be required as a condition of RCL.
